A wonderful short film by Tom Wrigglesworth & Mathieu Cuvelier about “Marc Manceaux, the owner of the oldest piano shop in Paris.”
Mitt Romney: I ‘encouraged’ writers of ‘Book of Mormon’:
“I actually encouraged the guys that did that play, ‘The Book of Mormon,’ because I thought that’d be really helpful,” Mr. Romney joked to The New York Times in an interview Wednesday. The creators of the musical, Trey Parker and Matt Stone, also created the television series “South Park.”
Mr. Romney said that while he had not yet seen the show, he would like to.
“I do want to see it, sure,” he said. “It’s a Tony-award winner, big phenomenon — yeah, I want to see it someday. But I don’t have a lot of time for Broadway shows.”
The musical tells a story that Mr. Romney knows well: A young, eager Mormon heads off on his mission, only to encounter resistance and challenges along the way, albeit with a satiric, “South Park” twist and plenty of lewd jokes.
