for a little added fun, i’m going to try and pick a photo to post here daily. i’ve been stocking lots away in my flickr account but i often forget about my favorites. it’s time to pull some of them out and blow the dust off.
nb: i, by no means, take photography very seriously. i do like to have my camera with me often in case something stands out. who knows if this experiment will refine my skills more or simply maintain the status quo. either way – its just fun.
Alex and I had a great weekend down at the Jersey shore. It was the first time we spent a whole weekend together in about six months where I didn’t have to work. The weather was beautiful and we were with fun people – what else could you want? Oh…party cake ice cream.

i was working this past friday at fuerzabruta and the crew kept talking about the sunset over headset. i couldn’t duck out to see it, but thankfully gothamist (and manymoresitesaswell) have posted photos. they are breathtaking and i’m sad i couldn’t see them in person.
It’s weird. It’s creepy. It’s comically absurd. It really doesn’t seem like kids belong there. Yet, I can’t see anything malicious about it — I’m not even sure that anything here is inappropriate. But it seems like something about it should be, which maps eerily to the tragic battle that Michael Jackson had fought against society for nearly two decades.
